Q1. Where is this Malaysian Gardens located in Abuja?

A1. Malaysian Gardens is located in the Saraji District of Abuja. It is close to the airport, close to Apo quarters, Assembly Quarters and within the Abuja FCT.

Q2.  Has construction started in the Malaysian Gardens?

A2. Yes, at a fast speed with more than 400 workers and state of the art equipments and machineries that even Julius Berger cannot match. However, the high cost and scarcity of Cement has negatively affected the estimated time of project completion.

Q3. Is Malaysian Gardens a private business involving Nigerians?

A3. Malaysian Gardens is a Malaysian Investment in Nigeria involving Malaysian government, approved by the Nigerian Government. Total control and management of the project and its infrastructures and  amenities will be done by Malaysians. Global Formworks (NIG) Ltd. is the management.

Q4. When will the Houses be ready?

A4. The buildings and all functional amenities are expected to be ready in or before 24 months . 

Q5. How long would it take for an applicant to know the status of his/her application?

A5. In Nigeria, more than 4 million applications have been received and are under processing on a first   come first served basis. For U.S.A. applicants, effort will be made to obtain approval for your applications within a reasonable time period, usually 4 - 6 weeks.

Q6. If my application is approved, when will my first payment due?

A6.  The timeline is usually stated in your offer/allotment letter, but usually 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the offer/allotment  letter. Depending on the payment option chosen, full payment may take from 9 months to 12 months.

Q7.  What about the location of my allotments?

A7. For those from USA and Europe, your allotments are located in a reserved, high class and privileged location.

Q8. What about the infrastructures / amenities, shopping centers, schools, churches?

Q10. Will the prices of these houses/units remain the same in  the next two years?

QA. Price increase is anticipated very soon, and the value of the properties are expected to double in two years.

Q11. Will there be additional costs for supply of utilities, management and maintenance of Malaysian Gardens and how much?

A11. As is with other cities in the world, property owners will incur a minimal cost but the cost cannot be determined at this time. Malaysian Gardens will have it's own 24/7  functional independent amenities: power plant, water supply, telecommunication, internet and TV cable services.
